Pros
It's safe to recommend this company for freshgrads who are seeking for experience. The CEO is very approachable, she sometimes helps her employees personally to improve their skills.
Cons
Low salary, no increase, no additional benefits, irregular government mandatory, toxic management specially in admin, the new manager will not let you grow and explore. And do not appreciate the hard work of the employees. Some of the old/regular employees also resigned because of the toxicity in the department.
