Pros

Great support from colleagues in a customer service call centre. Opportunities for internal & external training and development. Pay grades scaled to allow progression. Central city location for working at HQ in Leicester. For call centre working, they offer very reasonable working hours.

Cons

Being a call centre there is a strong expectation to maintain an excellent level of attendance and punctuality. If this is not an environment you are used to, it can take time to adjust.
