Slowly getting worse - Rental Sales Agent Europcar Employee Review

Not enough support for operational staff. People from head office do not seem to live in the real world, not able to look at the bigger picture and too hung up on picky little details. Too many third party companies (ie sales improvement companies and online brokers) dictating what Europcar employees can and can't do. No scope for career progression unless you live near head office or have family members who are senior management. Poor communication between reservations, fleet department and operations
