      Home office. Growth opportunities. Training. Intercultural students.

      Cons

      Low salary. Training is not paid if you don't complete 6 months in the company. Stressful. Repetitive task. Old-fashioned teaching methodology. Constant and stressful QA with metrics where you can get an auto 5 over 10 for many reasons.

      Pros

      The organization and structure of the company is amazing, and so is the staff and leadership team. Instructions for our classes are super clear and everything is provided for us coaches.

      Cons

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
