Pros
Pays on-time, handles all the nasty stuff (visa, etc). Fun work environment. Good training. Easy classes, materials are pre-made (you can make your own materials as well, if you'd like). Salary is ok, although the location of your center will affect your expenses greatly (even within the same city, and salary doesn't reflect this). You can work here with no prior experience. Overall good starter job.
Cons
Profit is king. Doesn't care about employees except for sales staff (This is a major problem, tends to cause a lot of other issues). Work long-hours including weekday evenings and weekends. Not much in the way of promotion opportunities, promotions tend to be given based on office politics. Having experience and certifications doesn't get you treated much differently than a brand new recruit. Policies change often, so take any comment about the future with a grain of salt. Often pressures experienced staff to "do more" (usually tasks that would normally resemble a promotion) without providing additional benefits. Overall bad long-term job. *A minor side complaint that is a good example of this companies priorities: There was no AC in some centers (including ours) in summer (Temperatures reaching up to 40 degrees Celsius). The AC was "broken" - for two summers - except for the sales office.
