They make it easy to enter China, really easy to get the job itself, they provide teaching qualifications.
Cons
They throw you in with really high expectations, there is mandatory overtime with no option to say no, staff sleep in the office because they are so overworked, they hours are very unsociable making it difficult to make friends outside of the company and difficult to pursue hobbies.
