Pros
Not really any, suppose it's just good to try a new experience in a new country
Cons
They severely lack communication and make it your problem to deliver on impossible promises to the clients. Managers seem to try to manipulate you and always aim to convince you to do more for free. The contracted hours are horrible and leave no time for the things they promised in the interview such as travel and exploration. You end up carrying the workload of 3-4 people because they don't hire enough staff and claim it's too expensive yet expect you to do all that work for free. The timing of the classes are too rigid and they don't allow for time to breathe and even eat anything or visits the bathroom. Often the children are disrespectful because the sales staff treat th as kings who must get whatever they want rather than children who are there for an education
