Pros
The main pro was that it provided a middle-to-high wage, comparable to the Russian economy, which made living in the country more or less comfortable
Cons
The main con was that they required us to work at 'Summer School' camps. I would have preferred more than just a month of summer vacation. After three years of working with them, they only gave me one extra month of unpaid vacation once!
