Easy work but not worth the low pay - English Teacher English 1 Employee Review

The pay was so little, and they only hire teachers with a BA or higher (I have a MA). You can get a raise every 6 months, and its like a $1 raise or less. But there are conditions. Also, getting classes is completely random unless you get some regulars. One week you might get 15 hours, and next week you might get 4 hours.
