- Workload not in job description - Too many unnecessary meetings between academic teams - Easy miscommunication between teachers and management team - Hot headed customers / Parents - Seniority matters (new employees don't get a say) - At times asked to come to work during public holiday / Red calendar dates for events. - Says one thing but do another (Not keeping the promise) - No career growth - Low number of actual Annual Leave - At times "You do you, I do me" environment - Doesn't keep what they promised to the employee (compensation)
