Pros

Good colleagues and generally helpful staff. Fantastic city and time to explore the country

Cons

Management that will suck the life out of you. The Chinese senior management view employees with contempt and treat them like garbage. You will be told that you have western managers in order to con you into thinking that you will be treated better. Don't be fooled. These western managers ayin place because they unquestioningly follow every instruction from upper management. The management, from DoS upwards, is toxic.
