Cons
EF is a giant company, therefore they care more about making money than their employees. Their salaries are not good, but as someone entering China with no teaching experience it's sort of a right of passage to do your one year in a training school making adequate money so you can upgrade to a kindergartner and make a lot more money EF also has many holiday events that occur after work hours but you are obligated to attend
