Pros
Very decent training Nice management. Definitely a good chance to make money. No traveling required. Lots of team building parties and annual parties twice a year. I started as course consultant and moved my way up to executive consultant within one and half a year. If you like to meet different people and get to know their life while helping them, this is the perfect job for you. I expanded my networking through this job. Marketing team will send leads to talk to you face to face, it's much better than cold calling all the time. But you have a make 80calls a day when first joined the team as a course consultant and it depends on your performance that when you will do the consulting sales with clients in person.
Cons
Poor life/work balance. Not much raise for promotion. Only top 20% sales are making money, the rest might leave the company within 6months. Remember this is a Sales job.
