In terms of leave, employees receive approx. 21 days of leave in their first year (10 days of annual leave and 10-11 national days of holiday depending on their city). The number of vacation days then increases with length of service as is customary in most companies. You can find the specific amount of days you're entitled to per year of service in your Work Manual. Our salaries are continuously reviewed to ensure they keep in mind cost of living and competitiveness within the market. Teachers are also entitled to performance and other bonuses in addition to the base salary.
