Where to start? From the unsanitary conditions to the heavy workload it is quickly apparent that this firm has no regard for employees or for students. There is no training, no induction and no organisation. There are these arrogant white office staff who will come into your class unannounced to sell overpriced "activities". There are constant unimportant and unpaid meetings announced at the last minute: for example when your boss gets a promotion. There is an incredibly high turnover of staff of colour especially when considering the low number of people of colour employed. There are broken and outdated "resources". From chairs and books to computers and projectors, most lessons will face at least one problem as a result of something of that sort. Check your payslips carefully they are always making mistakes and never to your benefit.
