Pros

EF walks you through the steps in getting a visa and pays for your flight to certain locations. They take care of all the necessary adjustments as you arrive including creating a bank account

Cons

There is systemic racism and sexism within the upper management. It is difficult to gain a promotion if you are not white. In other words, white males very easily get promoted. Also, the pay is not competitive compared to other English language schools. Lastly, they over work you and do not provide enough admin time to complete lessons.
