      Management, technical problems you are blamed and penalized for, terms and conditions that lead to high turnover. You are only a money source for the company.

      The freedom to work at home and the students.

      Cons

      The money is great when you have students. They aren't transparent about anything because I feel like they are downsizing and they are not telling their teachers.
