      Colleagues, living abroad, freedom to do different projects

      Cons

      No structure, cliquish upper management. While having freedom on so many projects was nice, when it came to an emergency management panicked. I rarely felt the person I worked for set a good example.

      Pros

      The freedom to work at home and the students.

      Cons

      The money is great when you have students. They aren't transparent about anything because I feel like they are downsizing and they are not telling their teachers.
