7yThank you for sharing this feedback with us. We're pleased to hear that you felt supported by our visa team and on-boarding program. We are aware that management practices are different across centers and we are always looking for ways to become more consistent. We value our teachers and appreciate all the hard work that you do for us and the students. In April and May we ran a Health Fair in our major cities across China to promote teacher wellness and well-being. We have also created a new team called Teacher Welfare. This team will be responsible for implementing initiatives that aim to enhance the teacher experience.
