Pros
EF Hefei provided me with an opportunity to move into an academic manager position and also offered a scholarship allowing me to continue my education in exchange for a two year contract. Work is hard at times, like during summer course, but the overall team dynamic is positive and fun.
Cons
Starting pay package is not the best and better rewards take some time to earn through promotions and hard work.
