The monthly TRT (teacher events) helps to make up for the lower wage compared to other companies in the same industry. It is a great way to meet other teachers from other centers as well as try out activities that may otherwise go unknown.
Cons
Most teacher events only happen once, and if it is a day that you work on you miss out.
