      Pros

      Full arrival support, good salary (I can live comfortably and save in Shanghai), company expects more from employees than other esl positions so the offer more events and freebies

      Cons

      Changes can sometimes happen with little to no notice (sometime the fault of the company, sometimes the country, but the company must do things by the book so the hardship sometimes falls on the employee (be flexible)
