Pros
You meet a lot of great people! If you have a solid group of co-workers and a good DOS (Director of Studies), you'll have a great time. Some locations are in the middle of no where but most are located in a popular area. The local staff are good people who are always eager to have a fun English conversation. Local staff are very helpful. The students can wear on you but its easy to get the hang of things.
Cons
A lot of problems come from management. They do not communicate what they want from you. They assume you know everything and you get blamed when you do something wrong. To make matters worst you are told about your mistake months later when it is no longer relevant. Your experience will depend on your DOS. Some are great, others abuse their power. Some will fill up your schedule with busy work just to make you stay 8 hours. The DOS has a lot of free time and its frustrating that some of them will fill up your schedule while theirs are almost empty. From my experience, management will not hesitate to use you as a stepping stone. A lot of good teachers have left in disgust because of it. For them, its all about looking good on paper.
