      Teacher training, supportive co-workers, overtime rate albeit really low,

      Cons

      Micromanagement comes from the center director (ops management), dirty office politics from ops department, pro-rated THR even after working for 1 year, no parking benefit, no lunch or snacks, working for 6 days sometimes 7 days if you join the sunday office

      Pros

      The freedom to work at home and the students.

      Cons

      The money is great when you have students. They aren't transparent about anything because I feel like they are downsizing and they are not telling their teachers.
