      Hybrid working, flexible work arrangement, medical limit is overall good, got supportive peers.

      Cons

      Sometimes when there are hectic schedules can caused overworked. Some regulations/policy or information is not quite clear

      Pros

      The freedom to work at home and the students.

      Cons

      The money is great when you have students. They aren't transparent about anything because I feel like they are downsizing and they are not telling their teachers.
