As someone still fairly new to English 1, I’ve felt welcomed from day one. The leadership here is genuinely supportive, and almost everyone I’ve worked with has been open, kind, and easy to collaborate with. My department especially has made a huge difference - the support and teamwork are real. I also appreciate how much the company thinks about employee welfare. The 2‑days‑per‑week WFH policy is a big plus, and work‑life balance is much better than I expected. Sometimes we work on weekends, but it’s rare and with the positive culture here, even those moments don’t feel heavy.
