      Pros

      They provide you training and the teachers are so nice. For full time, you only need to work 23 hours in a week with the same base salary. My STM is so nice.

      Cons

      Work on weekends, bad schedule management because you casually have to cover the teacher who is sick that day. Suddenly and immediately.
