Pros

Able to move around between global offices. Flexibility in wfh policy (28 days per quarter). Actual flexibility with the work schedules is very not true - fully 9-6 job.

Cons

Lack of care about its employees and do not put it enough effort to keep the current employees happy. Employee retention rate is very low for a reason as despite multiple courses for development purposes, the actual development plan for the employees are always being 'discussed' but actually not being put into action. Most people at Emma, it's their first job, so quite unprofessional within the work environment. Senior management cannot think long term strategy and had a massive layoff recently without clear plan. Many of the higher level team leads are leaving the company as C-level puts them in a position to be pressured to leave despite their lack of ability to make good long-term strategic business decisions.
