1. No culture at all- there is a very high churn rate and alot of employees are inexperienced- hence poor leadership on the C-suite level as well as within country teams and global teams
2. Poor decision making due to lack of experience within the company- and it shows since the P&L is overall not healthy, and there has been alot of money lost in the past because of a lack of processes within the company
3. Lack of processes in the company- the company's operations system is not solid, hence the company is facing consumer complaints and legal issues in possibly every country. The comapny is constantly in fire fighting mode
4. The company is focused only on short term gains and no long term planning, hence they are in a tough position now with their financials and have had to close down ops in alot of countries
