Great and young environment, also flexible when needed. Proactivity valued and they give a good amount of ownership right from the start, even in junior roles. Great to learn. The people and culture is great. Fast recruitment process and good benefits.
Cons
Requirement to be at the office, not an hybrid work possibility There lack of communication between some parties and there is not a single source of truth. This makes the work harder and sometimes 2 people can be doing the same Onboarding process could be improved, as well as the recruitment which was messy at times.
