Pros
To be honest, none. There are plenty of startups that are more successful and pay you way more. Their salary system is very clear: market salary from senior management above and below the average of the market if you fall below middle manager. Therefore, no chances of a good salary.
Cons
Low salary, a lot to do, messed processes - totally unstructured way of working. The office is super small and it does get super noisy - every day I had a headache. It is fast-paced because the workload is way bigger the the workforce. Zero benefits at all and lowest salary in the industry. It's good only if you are a fresh graduate and you are desperate.
