Pros

Some really great people working in operational sites. Flexibility of working able to set your own schedule according to the needs of the business. Benefits package is substantial. Other OD's & OM's very helpful and support teams also very supportive and helpful, these help create the friendly culture.

Cons

Was expecting more SOP's covering key areas of operational delivery considering how large Elior is. Lack of strategic direction at times from the SMT. Lack of or no support from OD when required at key times. Induction was incredibly poor due to lack of details on Elior process leading to frustration and questioning of own experience. Food Safety teams need to listen more with an open mind to understand what is practical on operational delivery.

Pros

Work from home on Friday's.

Cons

*PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
