      Pros

      Good pay, central office location, nice perks

      Cons

      Homogeneous, diversity isn't celebrated, boring work environment, slow, corporate. They let people go without giving them a chance to show their true abilities. No feedback during probation period to improve, and also when laying people off - they just repeat the reason for laying off after promising to provide feedback. You're just a cog in a massive bland machine.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
