      The wages were great. When they remembered to pay us.

      Everything! Poor leadership, disorganized, no support or plans for staffing shortages, horrible client relations, unsafe work environment. Absolutely no work-life balance.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.
