      Pros

      At one time they had some tremendous executive leaders.

      Cons

      When new leaders don't take the time or put forth the energy to understand the culture of the organization and make changes to very successful teams and programs the employees and customers/clients suffer. What was once a great culture and win as a team lose as a team environment is no longer a part of the culture.

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
