      Pros

      The company is working towards great things, ideas always welcome, easy to make an impact, good hours.

      Cons

      Feels like everyone is always behind, some top management has been around for too long. they have made good changes since I've been here, but a lot is lacking in comparison to competitors. Pay is OK, but not market average. Terrible benefits. No bonus program (first I've experience in this department).

      We got paid every week which was nice. There was plenty of overtime available.

      Work from home on Friday's.

      Cons

      *PTO is 2.5 Days your first year.. Given to you in April and October. *You can't make up hours *High Turnover *Management Reactive, Not Proactive *Management unwilling to learn. Make changes without understanding the processes and then get upset with Staff when things are not going the way felt it should. *Fire people without warning. Thursdays became very grim.
