No regard to personal or family time. * Every task/project has to be done in unrealistic timeline, defined by someone else for you. * Lack of recognition or even simple Thank-you from leadership. Policies: * You are expected to work on weekends and public holidays. You may get compo-off, but you can't even consume your existing holidays during the year. * High attrition rate, and no conversation on improving it. Leadership: * Leadership lacks passing the vision across teams. * Top management micromanages. * No time investment to define future strategy.
