Pros

Each business unit works independently, following applies to Edenred India/Accentiv' India * You work for India and its growth. * You can consider yourself a part of an MNC, but wrapped within the business unit.

Cons

Edenred is complex organisation with multiple regions and multiple business units. Each business unit works differently, following applies to Edenred India/Accentiv' India Culture: * A sales organisation, lack of strategy, alignment and vision to grow. * Expect 24x7 shift. No regard to personal or family time. * Every task/project has to be done in unrealistic timeline, defined by someone else for you. * Lack of recognition or even simple Thank-you from leadership. Policies: * You are expected to work on weekends and public holidays. You may get compo-off, but you can't even consume your existing holidays during the year. * High attrition rate, and no conversation on improving it. Leadership: * Leadership lacks passing the vision across teams. * Top management micromanages. * No time investment to define future strategy.

Pros

Good benefits. Laid back atmosphere. Fast paced. Great work life balance. You get to challenge yourself on a daily basis that allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Management Culture: The organization suffers from a lack of accountability at the upper management level. There is a frequent "finger-pointing" culture rather than a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Operational Disorganization: Internal workflows and processes are highly disorganized, leading to unnecessary friction in daily tasks. Communication Barriers: Significant language and communication barriers across global teams often stall progress on critical initiatives. Recruitment Transparency: The most disappointing aspect was the lack of honesty during the hiring process. The actual requirements and expectations of the role differed significantly from what was presented during interviews, particularly regarding flexibility and location. Technical Debt: The company struggles with significant operational inefficiencies and a lack of investment in modernizing its internal processes, which makes it difficult for high-level professionals to execute effectively.
