sales training, great office culture, very open, great/young people, get to travel abroad 1-2 times/year (more or less), great benefits package
Cons
not much opportunity for growth, extremely low salary, other than sales not much to put forth for another company (don't use sales-force), no training for account management, wearing way too many hats, no structure for connecting the other departments, nothing is guaranteed, expect you to work way too many hours, no overtime, expected to stay until 8pm or later when it's busy,
