Pay is absurdly low — no employee should have to fight for bonuses that they rightly earned. (Fair warning that you will not make more than 50k in your first year even if you are a top performer.) not to mention after COVID those who were performing well were completely screwed over with the bonus plan.
Managers and leadership are not receptive to feedback. They talk so big, but the execution of ideas is rarely accomplished.
Don’t let the “mission” suck you in. All management cares about is numbers and sales, which ends up being a hundred thousand privileged white kids traveling abroad.
Lack of Diversity — no initiatives to hire more people of color and no initiatives to sell to people of color. When brought up it is acknowledged and no action has been taken over the years.
