      Really excited about travel, great program for kids wanting to see the world and gain experience, seemed like a good start for a career path

      Terrible interview process, recruiter unprofessional, cussing throughout, misleading job posting, job talked about managing clients whereas it was really cold calling...

      Fun place to work at. Lots of opportunities especially early on in a career.

      Sometimes salary is not as competitive as other places in Boston area.

      Pros

      Large organization with all the associated benefits, still lets products operate individually which builds career autonomy and flexible tech stacks

      Cons

      Pace of work and lack of focus is unwarranted for industry EF is in, engineering can be disconnected from the broader business.
