Pros

free travel perks - free trip on one of their tours every other year amazing health benefits - pay very little for premium coverage - you will never have better coverage. Other companies have 80%/20% coverage with monthly payments for a single person at $340/month. great PTO - 1st tear is 3 weeks, after that 4 weeks, once you hit 5 years you get 5 weeks It is very common for only 3 weeks at many other companies generous sick time - unlimited. Use as you need. Many companies either combine sick and PTO time while others might offer a max of 5 days. Considering the flu can last 5 days, this is very generous.

Cons

Very low pay - not competitive to what is standard in the industry. If you are lucky to get a raise, it will only be for a very small amount Very little room for advancement. They say that you can grow and create your own position on the team, but that is often not true. This is a false promise. Poor work/life balance - too much work for the amount of people on the team. Often requires many late nights. Volume of work does not match staffing. Very young workforce that is not geared towards people older than 25. It's a very social company that often revolve around drinking booze. If you don't drink the "kool-aid" and are anti-social, it can impact your ability to grow on the team. Little to no reward for years of hard work.

Pros

You get to choose your tour and recruit the students you want to bring. The paid chaperone ratio is 6:1, so it is very manageable. The tours are great and the local experts are wonderful.

Cons

Company support is variable. There is high turnover and new consultants are very sales motivated and don't always get the nuances of your school or community group. I have had some WONDERFUL concusltants, but they have always been promoted before I get to work with them again.
