Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you find value in the flexible structure of your work as a Homestay Coordinator in Dublin. Thank you also for your feedback on salary and onboarding. Every year, we evaluate our compensation packages to make sure they are benchmarked with our industry, so it's helpful to hear your feedback on low pay here. We encourage you to speak directly with your manager or local People & Culture team about your specific experience to ensure your concerns are properly addressed. We have also shared your feedback on lack of supervision with management and they will follow up to make sure everyone has the right support and information early on. Thank you again for sharing.

Pros

Large organization with all the associated benefits, still lets products operate individually which builds career autonomy and flexible tech stacks

Cons

Pace of work and lack of focus is unwarranted for industry EF is in, engineering can be disconnected from the broader business.
