Pros
This is a special company. Very rarely do you have the opportunity to work at such a fast-moving organization and hitting its goals consistently. I've had so many opportunities to head up projects and execute unilaterally working together with colleagues across the organization that, yeah, it really does feel like you're at college working on group projects with a bunch of smart, driven people. I have a ton of faith in the management team - we have a nice mix of people that have done this before and succeeded that are able to advise the organization as it grows.
Cons
As an organization grows, there are always going to be growing pains when it comes to cohesion and consistency. I have faith in the C-level team as they've railed on bureaucracy over and over again, but there's always some amount of middle management that can get in the way. It hasn't happened yet, but there are small hints of it here and there. Another issues is that some teams are starting to become slightly territorial over duties, which shouldn't really matter, frankly. We're all on the same team, driving forward.
