It's a collaborative environment with a lot of innovation happening in the product, in security and also in marketing and sales. The company has raised a round of investment capital and can continue to expand, creating opportunities for employees who can take on more. The offices are nice and people are very friendly and supportive. And there's budget for employee development, training, and books so you can learn new things.
Cons
Because the company is growing fast, not everyone can keep up. If you want to come in and maintain the status quo, this is not the place. There's an intensity to working in a startup and you have to love that. If you want a committee meeting on every decision, look elsewhere. Also, with the new management, the bar is higher than it was previously. Not everyone can keep up. But those who are willing to step up will find themselves in a great position to learn and do more.
