Pros
Speaking as an engineer, Duo is great. The work is challenging and meaningful, and the engineering culture places a premium on quality, collaborative work. I have learned a great deal working here, and expect I will learn a great deal more. In addition to that, Duo is serious about work-life balance, and will take an active role in making sure you don't burn out. Management is friendly and accessible. Dug Song and Jon Oberheide are great to work with.
Cons
Typical tech startup issues like shifting or unclear requirements and frequent and sometimes disruptive growth, but nothing out of the ordinary.
