Pros
- Duo hires amazingly talented, intelligent and fun people

- Upper and middle management are transparent, understanding, helpful, and aim to help you grow with the company
- Company is doing very well (check the financials that were released recently) and I expect it to continue to do so
- The work/life balance is excellent and there are people of all different lifestyles
- Open PTO policy, with a recruiter's note that you were expected to take at least 15 days
- Interview process was the best I've experienced
- Free RoosRoast coffee, Calder Dairy chocolate milk, every method of brewing coffee under the sun, LaCroix, snacks and fruits
- Promotes learning with conference budgets, free books, online courses, and talks
Cons
- Very fast-paced and the culture changes rapidly, but the entire team has done an excellent job steering the culture
- Benefits can always be improved, but Duo's are adequate
- There's not a lot to add. The company is fairly large and it can be difficult to keep up with everything, especially when you've just joined, but Duo is a wonderful company and I'm proud to be working here.
