Pros

You get to go to Disneyland for free. You can make average of average of $30 to $100 a day.

Cons

You work hard and not acknowledged. You get to acknowledgment from managers only to write you up. There is nothing to thank cast members for good job perfect attendance celebrate your birthday by giving us a free dessert. We use to have nachos party food trucks come in and give us free food like the Carls Jr, inn and out and much more. The had leads and trainer party. So you Dont get a thank you for a good job. The waiterees want you to do everything and they are so cheap to tip you out.

Pros

Company cares and values its employees. There are many resources, events, and paths for individuals to learn and grow. This is a great place to get a solid footing and start.

Cons

Very difficult to move up as there are many people trying to work for the Resort. There is ample competition for positions and you need to work hard to move to a professional position outside of park operations.
