Pros
The people you meet working for the Disneyland Resort are incredible. Within weeks you will have made more friends than you know what to do with. If you like being outside, there are plenty of fun jobs you can do outside. Cool Costumes
Cons
The pay is not great and the hours and days of work are unpredictable. If you want a lot of time off during for your summer job then go for it but if you want to make money and plan in advance don't do it.
