Pros

If you're the type of person that loves people and making magic, you'll love any job at this park. It is incredibly fulfilling working with these cast members and guests. The team and the experiences are the best. You get some perks as well. 16 times a year, you can bring in 3 guests (there are blackout dates). You get small discounts on some food and merchandise. Lately, however, these perks are being slowly stripped away. They are pretty cool about schedules and days off if you request them early enough. You need to pay union fees but they do protect some things. They are currently fighting for better wages and benefits.

Cons

You are nothing to this company. Besides the fact that they pay you peanuts, they also work their part time employees way more than full time. Conditions are pretty bad especially during the summer with the heat. They are very unforgiving and you are very disposable to them.

Pros

Company cares and values its employees. There are many resources, events, and paths for individuals to learn and grow. This is a great place to get a solid footing and start.

Cons

Very difficult to move up as there are many people trying to work for the Resort. There is ample competition for positions and you need to work hard to move to a professional position outside of park operations.
