Pros
- As per the title, if your looking for speedy progression and you have a good work ethic, this is definietly the place for you. - Opportunity to earn decent commission compared to some of the competition. - Ability to have an influence on your income. It's mostly down to your own work ethic, but the more you put in the more you will get out. - Regular meetings and events which keeps you in touch with your colleagues in different locations. - Retention. Again, if your work ethic is on point, Dexters will bend over backwards to try and keep you. If you are looking to move location within London, Dexters have the best network of offices to try and find you a new placement. - Pride of working for Londons largest and leading agent. It does make a lot of diffenence to say that you work for the best. - Company growth. It's gone from 1-100 offices in the space of 27 years. Clearly they're doing something right. More growth means more opportunity for the employee's.
Cons
- Hours. These have been reduced recently from what they were, but still a bit longer than some other agents. If your trying, and succeeding, to be the best, it kind of makes sense that we do more hours in the week. - Lower basic pay than some other agents but I'd rather have the opportunity to make more commission than have a slightly better basic pay. - Working some Saturdays, this comes with the job, no matter who the agent. - Up's and down's. The market changes, your pay will change, sometimes better sometimes worse. Again, this comes with the job no matter the agent.
